About

Mukta Sharma received B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, India in 2008 and M.Tech degree in VLSI design from Banasthali University, Jaipur, India in 2010. She began her academic career as an Assistant Professor at PSIT, Kanpur (India), serving from 2010 to 2016. She subsequently enrolled in the Ph.D. program at Chang Gung University, Taiwan, where she conducted doctoral research in the Department of Electronics Engineering from 2016 to 2020.  From 2020 to 2023, she was a Researcher fellow in the Chang Gung University, Taiwan.  Since 2024, she has been working as an Assistant Professor with Department of Electrical Engineering and computer science at National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taichung, Taiwan. She has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles in international journals and conferences over the last 6 years. Her research focuses on Application of optical technology in biological research, Application of Raman spectroscopy for the non-invasive detection of biomarkers, Machine learning and GaN-based HEMT devices and their applications.
